David Nolan
(1942 — 2000)

David Nolan was born in Liverpool in 1942. He went to Liverpool Art school in 1955 after which he began work in the printing industry as a lithographic artist/retoucher.He painted for pleasure and worked to commissions most of his work being held in private collections. In 1976 he changed his career becoming a self employed business man. He moved to Frodsham in Cheshire in 1989 where he eventually founded and was a member of the Eddisbury Artists group. The group displayed and sold their work in exhibitions which took place in various locations around Cheshire and the north west. Sadly he died in 2000.
