Edward Beale
(1950 — 2017)
Edward’s beautiful paintings are a lasting memorial to him as a man and as an artist. For him art was a calling and as natural as breathing.
Major subjects are locations around his Lambeth studio and along the Thames from Millbank to the Royal Docks. Edward worked in places from the Outer Hebrides, West Yorkshire, Somerset, Kent, to Spain and southern France.
Studio works include still-life studies, portraits and life paintings. Edward studied Fine Art at Camberwell School of Art and the Royal Academy Schools. His paintings are in collections across the country and from the United States and Europe to Russia, India and China.
