George Harrison
(1943 — 2001)

George Harrison MBE (1943 -2001) is perhaps best known for being the lead guitarist of the Beatles. Whilst there is no question that Harrison was extremely accomplished and celebrated musician, he possessed a range of other talents which are often overlooked in favour of his musical career.  In addition to being a singer, songwriter and musician, Harrison also dabbled in music and film production. He is perhaps least well known for his artwork. However, Harrison was an accomplished visual artist.  His work is often characterised by his naive style and bright colours.
