Robert Meldrum

Robert Meldrum’s Art Practice incorporates both Painting, Collage, and Sculpture, and is built on formal variations of high key colour and line that unifies an approach with extremely sharp distinctions of tone. His Artworks are best described as providing a wide composite portrait of Landscape, Industry, the portals of our communications, and the concerns within them. Showing more unity than a casual glance would first discern the change of focus is a natural expression our environments and are interactions within it.
Robert has recently completed a pure Design project creating a Travel Chess Set in consultation with Jane Sellers.

Robert has Paintings with Debut Contemporary in London and Theuer und Scherr in Germany where examples of his Chess design project will available to look at in March.
He Studied at the Wimbledon School of Art and lives and works near Gatwick London.
