The exhibition features over one hundred works, including collage, paintings, large-scale pastels, ink and pencil drawings, etchings and sculpture. The artworks range from early exploratory pieces from the 1950s, through to Rego’s large, richly-staged paintings from the early years of this century.
 
At the heart of the retrospective will be the story of Rego’s extraordinary life, highlighting the personal, societal and political aspects present throughout her practice.
