The exhibition brings together over 90 collages and related prints from 1990 to the present day – including Ambitions and Blind Alley, 2022, a brand new wood engraving print on paper which has then been collaged on painted wood. ’30 Years of Collaged Engravings’ explores the innovative way Desmet’s collages are conceived, juxtaposing the artist’s works alongside editions of the prints that were used to make them.
