Announcing the £4,500 ACS Studio Prize 2022
May 19, 2022
ACS is delighted to announce the return of its annual Studio Prize, awarding one student or recent graduate £4,500 to cover the rental costs of a studio space in a UK city of their choice.

The Studio Prize was established by ACS in 2017 to help artists with the costs of rising studio rents. It recognises the need for studio space and financial stability for emerging artists at the pivotal stage of beginning their careers.

As a not-for-profit Community Interest Company, any surplus income is locked away to be used for the benefit of our members and the wider artistic community. Our commitment to the arts has assisted in supporting a great variety of educational projects and charities. You can read more about ACS Community Interest Activities here.

This year’s Prize will be judged by artist Flora Yukhnovich, winner of a past ACS Residency, curator Edoardo Monti and the Managing Director of ACS, Lady Bridgeman.
