Curated in collaboration with Gemma Rolls-Bentley, ‘Realms’ transports visitors to mystical landscapes created by nine contemporary artists. Wilson’s large-scale oil painting, ‘The Arrival of Spring (2024)’, is one of the focal points of the show. Encapsulating the exhibition theme, the artist takes inspiration from childhood folk tales and immerses viewers in the cyclical rhythms of the natural world, blurring the lines between creature-like figures and their forest surroundings.
