Jack Latham: Artist in Residence at Brighton Photo Fringe 2018
October 10, 2018
ACS member Jack Latham presents a new body of work at Colonnade House in Worthing.
Produced during his time as the Brighton Photo Fringe 2018 Artist in Residence, Latham’s new photographic series takes inspiration from Oscar Wilde’s The Importance of Being Earnest.
Representing youth culture in his idiosyncratic documentary style, the artist explores a young man who invents a fictitious brother named ‘Ernest’ and questions what it means for a new generation to navigate and reconcile separate identities in a digital age.
