Marking the artist’s first major solo show in the UK, the exhibition brings together a new series of paintings and works on paper, created in response to the artist’s experience of Hastings and the English Channel during the winter of 2025. Filling the gallery’s largest exhibition space, Tschäpe’s works draw on the movement and energy of water, translating shifting tides, currents and weather conditions into expansive, semi-abstract compositions.
