Lachlan Goudie in The Story of Scottish Art
May 18, 2022
Now showing on BBC 2, The Story of Scottish Art explores the emergence and influence of Scottish art from the Neolithic to the Renaissance period.

This captivating series is presented by Lachlan Goudie – ACS member and nominee for the 2016 Royal Television Society Scotland, Onscreen Personality of the Year award.

Goudie’s own paintings include portraits, landscapes and still lifes, many of which have been inspired by his honest evaluation of Industrial Britain. His extraordinary scenes depict the unforgiving reality of manual labour in shipyards, steel works and manufacturing factories.
