The display features work spanning their 40-year career including their early installation ‘Kitchen’ (1978) to more recent work such as the series ‘Internet Giants: Masters of the Universe’ (2018). All the works fall under a common theme of utopia; they explore attempts to create various kinds of utopia. The exhibition also explores Charleston as a locale of early modernist experimentation and the power of a building such as this to inspire creativity.
