The Victoria and Albert Museum’s latest exhibition Facing History: Contemporary Portraiture features more than eighty portraits by contemporary artists and photographers, including White Collar Black Man by ACS artist Marcelle Hanselaar.
Housed in the museum’s gallery, 88a, this wonderful display explores the way in which a wide range of artists have adapted historical and traditional modes of portraiture in their contemporary practices.
