Martin Yeoman recalls developing his passion for art in Art UK essay

ACS member Martin Yeoman tells the story of how he developed his passion for art while travelling during the 1970s on the 'hippie trail' to Kashmir.
In an essay entitled ‘A thousand recollections: the desire to be an artist’ on the Art UK website, Yeoman recalls:
‘It was the one and only time when I almost felt like an explorer, in the Victorian sense. It was a majestically peaceful and sublime place to be.’
