Paula Rego: Letting Loose

Victoria Miro is currently hosting 'Paula Rego: Letting Loose', an exhibition of works by the ACS member from the 1980s.
During this period Rego moved away from collage making and instead began to engage with her childhood passion for “painting as play.” – Victoria Miro.
“These paintings, perhaps more than any others, helped her to understand herself and those close to her.” – Nick Willing (Paula Rego’s son).
