Jackson has created a series of new paintings, sculptures, poetry and film for the exhibition. The artworks take inspiration from the UK countryside and trace the journey of wheat crops, from ‘field to fork’.
The space used to house the exhibition, was once the home of Warrens Bakery, Cornwall, where Jackson spent time sketching before it was closed down in 2012.
