The exhibition, ‘Presence: The Figure in British Postwar and Contemporary Sculpture’, brings together a variety of three-dimensional work from over thirty British sculptors produced over the past eight decades. From abstract to figurative and mythical to actual, the showcase highlights the immense diversity of sculpture as a medium, and the many interpretations artistic contemporaries have taken on a theme as simple as the human form.

Alongside the gallery’s exhibit of sculpture, drawings by the featured artists are also on display as part of a secondary exhibition in Tisbury titled, ‘Sculptors’ Drawings’.⁣
