Josephine Trotter: A New Dimension
April 15, 2025
Gallery 8’s upcoming solo exhibition, Josephine Trotter: A New Dimension, will showcase a vibrant selection of forty recent works by the ACS member later this month.
Marking Trotter’s twenty-sixth solo show, the exhibition will feature a diverse range of paintings, including portraits, and en plein air scenes of the British countryside, particularly scenes of Somerset, which has become a fresh source of inspiration for the artist in recent works. While the subject matter varies, each piece highlights Trotter’s signature use of bright colour and distinctive painterly style.
