Andrew Gifford: Paintings from the Eagle’s Nest
July 14, 2025
John Martin Gallery's latest solo showcase of ACS member Andrew Gifford's work, developed during the artist's recent residency in Costa Rica’s Guanacaste province, has entered its final month.
Combining au plein air studies with large-scale studio paintings, ‘Paintings from the Eagle’s Nest’, captures the immersive complexity of the Central American country’s tropical ecosystems while continuing Gifford’s wider investigation into rewilding and the ever-shifting relationship between natural landscapes and the climate.
Until 1 Aug
