ACS member Vojtěch Kovařík’s latest exhibition is currently on display at Galerie Derouillon in Paris.
Vojtěch Kovařík in conversation with Aristide Maillol and Henri Rousseau presents a new body of paintings and rarely seen marble sculptures by the ACS member, alongside the work of Aristide Maillol and Henri Rousseau to create a striking dialogue.
Drawing on mythology, sculpture and art history, the works reimagine heroic figures and archetypes through monumental forms, exploring contemporary ideas of the body, identity and masculinity.
