Pairing the work of ACS member Lucian Freud with that of Henry Moore, the exhibition examines the central role that family and close personal relationships played in both artists’ practices.

Through paintings, drawings and sculpture, the display reveals unexpected parallels between the two, highlighting a shared commitment to portraying the people closest to them despite their markedly different approaches to representation.⁣
